Stakeholder Management grinding you down? You can use AI to help you understand your stakeholders better and build more targeted comms.
On large projects and programmes, keeping track of everyone's feelings, needs, and requirements can feel like an impossible task. And don't even get me started on comms.....it's a lot to keep up with.
But you can use AI tools such as ChatGPT, or Google's Gemini to help you manage stakeholders throughout your project.
AI can help you get more accurate evidence-based insight on how your project stakeholders are feeling, and can help you monitor engagement levels and any shifts in tone.
𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 - it needs to be your company-approved instance, not your own. Never put company information in your personal instances of ChatGTP or Gemini.
First, you need to set up your AI Assistant in whichever tool you are using (I'm using ChatGTP and Gemini as my two example AI tools as they are the ones I use most):
👉 ChatGTP - New Project - Instructions and Files
👉 Google Gemini - New Gem - Instructions and Knowledge
Give the project or gem a name (e.g. Stakeholder Management or Stakeholder Analysis)
Once you've done that, follow the steps in the carousel.
