Tech goes live. Nothing changes. Why?
The impact? Tech goes live but the business doesn't change. Adoption is low. Outcomes are diluted or go missing.

I've led project turnarounds where the focus has been on tech and not people, and every time I start by asking a few critical questions:

Has the original goal been lost in the noise of features, sprints and deliverables

Do your product owners and developers actually understand what success looks like for the business
And then I go deeper. I look at stakeholder dynamics, decision clarity, business vision and team trust.ย

Implementation doesn't equal adoption. I look at usage, outcomes and business value.

In stalled projects and programmes, it's common to find misalignment that doesn't show up in reporting. I look for real risks and disconnects, beyond just RAG status.
