Stop Project firefighting

Project firefighting is not heroic. It's a symptom of broken delivery.
I've seen this pattern so many times over the years.
👉 Leaders stuck reacting to issues that shouldn't have happened in the first place
👉 Delivery teams reacting rather than executing
Firefighting can be deceptive. It might feel fast but, in reality, it's quickly draining:
❗ Budget
❗Focus
❗Team and Leadership credibility
The cost of not re-setting delivery is working hard on the wrong things. It's losing trust before you've even noticed it's gone. It's delay disguised as busy. It's more chaos and less progress, every week.
